Stuck, missing an answer, or want your data out? Here are the ways in — and the answer comes back in the same thread you wrote in.
Open Samling and pick “Help & support” under Profile. It opens a conversation where you can write back and forth with us. If the problem is on your screen right now, shake the phone instead: a screenshot is attached, and you see it and can remove it before you send.
If the phone is not at hand, you can write to support here on the web. You have to log in first — that is how we know who the message is from, and where the answer should go.
Write to supportYou can always download a copy of everything you have put into Samling, and you can delete your account for good. Both live in the app under Profile — and here on the web under Your account.
Go to your dataOur terms, privacy policy and cookie policy are openly available — no login, no cookie wall.
